🔹 Dental fluorosis —
caused by excess fluoride intake during childhood, leading to white spots.

Treatment Plan:
We recommended Porcelain Veneers (ceramic laminates) for her
upper 10 front teeth, the ones most visible when she smiles broadly.
Steps involved:
1. Tooth
preparation for veneers
2. Impressions
sent to expert ceramist Mr. Haresh Savani (ADL, Surat)
3. Temporary
veneers provided during the lab phase
4. After one
week, final porcelain veneers were bonded with precision
