waiting appointment system
· Quality dental treatment is our motto. We
provide sufficient time for the quality treatment of every patients.

We give 8 treatment appointments per day.
·
Your and our time is precious. Please take prior
appointment, so that you have not to wait more.
·
An appointment is a reserved time with you. So that we may focus on one patient at a
time. Please arrive on time for your appointments.

It is necessary to report before 10 minutes of
your confirm appointment
·
Confirm appointments are
given for treatment only.
·
We provide reminder call and messages services for
confirm appointments.
·
If you cannot keep your
appointment, inform us before 24 hours.
·
If there is any emergency,
inform us as soon as possible to rearrange appointments
·
We charge 500/- Rs for
advance confirm appointments.
·
We will respect your
time. We expect same from you.

ક્વોલીટી ડેન્ટલ ટ્રીટમેન્ટ અમારી કલીનીકનો મુદ્રાલેખ છે. દરેક પેશન્ટની ક્વોલીટી
ટ્રીટમેન્ટ માટે અમો સારવાર માટે પુરતો સમય આપીએ છીએ.

૧ દિવસમાં ટ્રીટમેન્ટ માટે ૮ જ અપોઈન્ટમેન્ટ આપવામાં આવે છે.
·
આપનો તેમજ અમારો સમય કિમંતી છે. મેહરબાની કરીને એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ લઇને જ આવશો જેથી આપને વધારે સમય રાહ જોવી ના પડે.
·
તમને આપવામાં આવેલી કન્ફર્મ એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટનો સમય તમારા માટે આરક્ષીત રાખવામાં
આવે છે, જેથી અમે એક સમયે
એક દર્દી પર ધ્યાન કેન્દ્રિત કરી શકીએ. કૃપા કરીને તમારી એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ માટે સમય પર
પહોંચો.

આપને આપવામાં આવેલી ચોક્કસ સમયની એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટથી ૧૦ મિનીટ પહેલા રીપોર્ટીંગ
કરવું જરૂરી રહેશે.

કન્ફર્મ એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ ટ્રીટમેન્ટ માટે જ આપવામાં આવશે.

કન્ફર્મ એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ માટે રીમાઈન્ડર ફોન તેમજ મેસેજની સેવા આપવામાં આવે છે.
·
કોઈ કારણોસર કન્ફર્મ એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ પર ના આવી શકાય તો ૨૪ કલાક પહેલા જાણ કરવી.
·
કોઈ ઈમરજન્સી હોય તો શકાય તેટલી વહેલી જાણ કરવી જેથી નવી અપોઈન્ટમેન્ટ સરળતાથી
ફાળવી શકાય.
·
કન્ફર્મ એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ માટે રૂ. ૫૦૦/- એડવાન્સ લેવામાં આવે છે.
·
તમારો સમય વ્યય ના થાય તેનું અમે પુરતું ધ્યાન રાખીશું, અમારા સમયનું પણ ધ્યાન
રાખવાની અપેક્ષા સહ.
