This is
case for middle age women from Devbhumi Dwarka, complaint with spontaneous
bleeding from gums, bed smell and painful gums. After thoroughly dental
examination and medical history, we found this is case of drug induced
(Antihypertensive drug- Nifedipine) gingival hyperplasia superimposed with
inflammatory changes. We treat her in very conservative manner with just simple
scaling with ultrasonic scaler and medicines. Within 4 months, her problem was
completely solved.
