Vanshika Shah, a 16-year-old teenager, visited our clinic with her parents, concerned about her smile. Her permanent both upper lateral incisors are missing. (a condition known as congenitally missing teeth). The absence of these teeth not only affected her appearance but also her confidence.

The Challenge 🔍

On examination and after evaluating her CBCT scan, we found:

  • Very limited bone space for implant placement.
  • Narrow space for crowns, making the case highly challenging.

The Treatment Journey 🦷

To ensure accuracy and safety, we planned her treatment using digital technology and a customized surgical guide for precise implant placement.

  • Step 1: Digital planning & guide preparation.
  • Step 2: Implant placement with precision despite limited bone availability.
  • Step 3: After osseointegration, placement of beautiful, strong zirconia crowns on both lateral incisors.

The Result ✨

Her smile was perfectly restored, and the natural-looking crowns blended seamlessly with her other teeth. Vanshika and her parents were overjoyed and expressed their heartfelt gratitude.

This case is a great example of how advanced implant technology can overcome challenges and help young patients regain confidence through a natural, healthy smile.
