Fractured Upper Right Lateral Incisor |
At just 21 years old, Yogesh survived what many wouldn’t—a life-threatening accident that left him in a coma for 10 days and hospitalized for over a month with a severe head injury.
He fought for his life… and he won.
Once he was discharged from the hospital, he visited our
Dental & Implant Clinic in Jamnagar with a simple but deeply personal
concern—a broken front tooth (lateral incisor).
For Yogesh, it wasn’t just about a missing tooth.
It was about regaining what the accident had taken away: his
smile, his confidence, and a part of his identity.
Clinical Findings:
• The crown
was broken, but the tooth root was still intact
• CBCT scan
showed missing buccal bone plate, a common post-trauma issue
Treatment Plan:
We opted for the most natural and long-lasting solution—a
dental implant.
🦷 First, we carefully and
atraumatically removed the fractured root
🦷 Placed a dental implant,
along with bone grafting and membrane to rebuild the lost bone
🦷 After a healing period
of 4 months, we placed a beautifully matched zirconia crown over the implant
The Result:
A smile fully restored—strong, natural-looking, and
confident.
And more importantly, a young man reclaiming his life with
dignity and joy.
Yogesh and his family are overjoyed with the result.
And for us, being part of his healing journey—from trauma to
transformation—is a privilege we hold dear.
Because every restored smile tells a story of resilience,
care, and new beginnings.
